Creeping Urbanism

Wandering the side streets of Chaloemla and the infamous 'grafitti park', I hadn't expected to find such a cosy and playful suburban neighbourhood just metres away. Most people stick to main streets when travelling busy cities, but I prefer to see where the locals are hanging out - even if that does mean my nervous system gets a little excited as the alleys become darker and the noises begin to dim. Afte a short stroll, there were children playing freely, families cooking and eating together on the street, cats begging for food and neighbours greeting eachother with smiles. I unexpectedly came to this point and gratefully captured it with a smile.
