However, many of us walk around carrying life's burdens and as a result our spirit often feels darkened, dimmed and depleted. We can feel stuck, lost and confused while experiencing feelings of shame, insecurity, anxiety and self-doubt.
Through understanding ourselves from a perspective of love and appreciation - rather than fear and frustration - we discover how our 'problems' and presenting issues are in fact opportunities for exponential growth, empowerment and liberation from within.
