Since 2019, I've been a Ceremonial Cacao Practitioner; passionate about spreading the benefits of cacao wherever I go. I support you by serving cacao as part of 1:1 sessions, group courses, corporate events, creative circles and included in every one of my professional services.

Thanks to cacao's unique ability to connect us to our heart-centre and natural essence, I have created my signature service of 1:1 cacao ceremonial photoshoots; offering cacao as a grounding, supportive ritual to each person I photograph.
Every photoshoot includes a homemade, warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao - prepared by me - served in the minutes beforehand to prepare emotionally, physically and mentally for the experience.
Cacao's properties allow you to connect to your authentic energy, stay energized while relaxed, calm yet focused and grounded while inspired.

My experience
My experience with cacao is deep, layered and unique.
What started as curiosity developed into a much deeper connection when cacao supported me through a heavy period of depression or "dark night of the soul" in 2018. While immersed in darkness, cacao gave me permission to feel the grief I had unknowingly buried. Slowly, day after day, I began to feel lighter - as cacao taught me my greatest asset is my heart and my ability to feel emotion, release and express it creatively.
I certified as a Practitioner in 2019 with Paula Gibson & Heart Tribe Cacao, whom I've trained with extensively. During that time, I developed a personal relationship with Keith Wilson "the chocolate shaman", founder of Keith's Cacao. When Keith hosted all-day virtual ceremonies to raise funds for his local workers during covid, I assisted him by becoming a moderator and learning from him, twice a week for 4 years. Keith remains one of my most impactful teachers of love, creation, spirituality and humour; reminding me not to take it all so seriously.
My connection to Keith led me to Guatemala, where I sat with Keith on his porch for 1:1 sessions and as part of private groups until he felt like family. In 2020, I started working as a writer for Keith's Cacao; educating their global audience on the health-benefits of cacao while also working the customer support team. Cacao became my entire world which taught me more than ever.
In 2021, curiosity led me to Chocolate Paradise; a cacao factory beneath 2 volcanos on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua. I photographed tropical jungle cacao tours and served cacao while teaching yoga and leading ecstatic dances.
Between 2021 - 2023, I travelled between Nicaragua, Guatemala, México, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru & Argentina; each country providing cacao with a new flavour and quality. Yes, I tried them all! I've lived in the middle of the Sierra Nevada, Colombian rainforest, as a cacao ceremony guide and yoga teacher for a boutique eco-resort Selva Minca. My most impactful ceremony was with three men that felt tears of forgiveness for those they had lost. In 2023, I lived in Xela, Guatemala to work in another chocolate factory to learn videography; as we made organic chocolate bars from the bean.
My collaboration with Keith's Cacao brings me to Lake Atitlán, Guatemala to contribute to their annual retreat as a DJ and Photographer. I've travelled into the jungles, kissed the beans, sat with the mayans, ate the fruits and truly have integrated cacao into my life. It's the source of my greatest opportunities, my most loving connections and my most expansive crafts.
Life in Guatemala deepens my relationship with the local cacao peelers that have slowly started to feel like friends, as years continue.
Initially hosting ceremonies online and in-person themed around the seasonal changes and the menstrual cycle, I now incorporate cacao into all of my services.
I've included cacao as part of The Artist's Way with Cacao; where we meet weekly for 13 weeks to break through creative blocks. I serve cacao to 1:1 clients who wish to receive guidance, clarity and mentoring on their creative paths. I combine cacao with menstrual cycle awareness in my Integrative Human Design coaching sessions, that allow you to harness your unique energy to live a life of power and flow. I even include cacao with every photoshoots; to create a heartfelt experience the soul never forgets. Most recently, I've built a Creative Cacao membership; Momentum - to provide you accountability and inspiration for your projects and dreams.
I've served cacao to bridal parties on wedding days, at market stalls in Christmas, during makeup lessons for women, before dancing events instead of alcohol and for any other occasion that could use heartfelt connection.
