1 Live Fueling session every month
We balance the yin with the yang by blending ceremony with the board-room. These sessions are a mixture of inspirational, inward time to 'fill our cups' and grounded, down-to-earth practical conversations and topics to discuss that open us for creative growth and a healthy stretching of our upper limits. Each session leaves space for meditation, themed discussions, feedback and artistic show-and-tell.

1 Live Co-Create session every month
These sessions will encourage you to show up for yourself, and the community month after month. Join us live to co-work, co-create or simply bathe in artistic community. Beginning with a light introduction, we'll share what we're currently working on or need guidance with, chat to support our peers, share our wins, woes and everything in between. This is a real-time work and play on your creative projects, in real-time, with community.

Free 1:1 30 Minute Mentoring
On the third month of your membership, you'll receive an optional 30 minute creative mentoring session with Martha. We'll dive into your creative projects, your current blocks and aim to gently guide you towards a state of flowing momentum.

Both a focus of reflection during our live-calls and an opportunity to integrate when laptops are down; these will allow us to experience new growth.

Cacao facilitates creative growth by opening the heart and inviting us into deeper connection with our most authentic selves.
Full of nutrients that fuel our bodies with feel-good hormones like dopamine, serotonin, even PEA (the body's natural ecstasy) and anandamide (the bliss chemical), cacao acts as a gentle, nurturing accompaniment that aligns our focus with the heart of our personal missions; both on and offline.
Each month, we'll be guided through a live, loving cacao-induced meditation to return us to ourselves; our missions, our passion-projects and our unique stamp in the world - by reminding us of our 'why'. It is a gentle, loving eye that encourages our pursuits remain heart-centered, in alignment to who we uniquely are.
From there, we are encouraged to go and explore life with cacao by our side; for writing practices, movement, artistic pursuits or simply personal, professional and spiritual growth.
You don't need to drink cacao to join Momentum, but you will probably be tempted ;)
