Our time will combine core teachings of "The Artist's Way" -- but with Martha's hands-on guidance and creative facilitation -- which combines both the structure and practical tools with the softer, inspirational aspects of cacao, weekly meditation, seasonal awareness, "show and tell" challenges, group support and 1:1 encouragement to help you break through every ounce of resistance standing in your way.

Release Creative Blocks
We’ll look at the obstacles we face; whether rooted in self-doubt, fear of failure, or from a lifetime of holding ourselves back. With a supportive group dynamic, ceremonial cacao, fun exercises and gentle guidance, we'll begin to dissolve these barriers and reconnect with our inherent creativity.
We will integrate famous practices like morning pages, artist dates, cacao and self-care rituals to access our creative flow. These, along with our weekly sessions and bonus meditations, build a foundation for creative exploration and growth lasting far beyond our 13 weeks.
