Hibernation to Imbolc; Embrace The Light of Spring (Cacao & Journaling Circle)

On the first Monday of Spring, we will gather together online to re-connect to our inner light so that we may bring forth our heart-felt connection to our projects, passions and past-times over the coming brighter months.

Light does not necessarily mean 'happiness' or 'joy'. Light means 'truth'. So whether you're beaming with giddiness for the brighter days ahead or you'd rather hibernate for a while longer, this beautful morning welcomes you.

Over the last several months, we have gotten to know our darkness and become familiar with the discomfort it brings. Gradually, since the Winter Solstice, the light has begun to brighten externally and perhaps internally, too.

This 2 hour ceremony is an opportunity to reflect upon all that we have experienced and learned over these Winter months, to honour our darkness and to reconnect to the light that exists in even the darkest moments.

The transition between seasons is an important one and benefits from a conscious ritual to welcome these alchemical moments. This is an excellent time to take stock, to tune into our true selves and to reconnect to our hearts before traversing the brighter season ahead.

When we intentionally plant our seeds - or even dream into their possibility with conscious awareness - we give them more power.

Is there something we are ready to leave behind in the darkness?

Is there something we are ready to bring forth into the light?

Have we forgotten parts of ourselves in the Winter?

Have we learned something we wish to bring forward?

These are the questions we will be asking ourselves as I guide you through some journaling exercises to connect to the spirit of this cycle and the spirit that already exists inside you. Bring your journals!

This circle is by no means the energy of a 'to-do list' but moreso an invitation to cultivate true connection with ourselves. In connection to our deepest parts, we can go forth into the light with a renewed sense of focus, clarity and direction.

I will be leading you through a ritual with ceremonial cacao, but having it is by no means a necessity. Come with your favourite warm beverage, snuggle up, get cozy and utilize this space and time for your most nourished self.

Sliding Scale: €22 for unemployed or low waged. €33 for standard admission. €44 for contributory payment.
