Did you like the spontaneous live meditations, cacao drinking, shaking, show-and-tell and 'extra curricular' exercises and prompts that Martha would introduce at the last minute?

YES! I loved the extra bits, and the spontaneity kept it interesting.

Yes! I loved the extra bits, but would prefer to know what's happening in advance each week.

I prefer a regimented, fixed schedule, without any surprises or extras thrown in.

Was there enough focus on cacao for creativity?

How do you feel about the volume of messages, reminders, prompts and supportive texts that came in throughout the week - between sessions?

I would have preferred more reminders, messages and check-ins throughout the week, to keep me on track.

It felt like the *perfect* amount of engagement and space between the sessions. A nice balance!

There were too many messages for me, I'd rather less engagement.

Most communications were sent via Whatsapp, with occasional emails. What would be your preference, if you were to do the course again?
